Laura Hadar was one of the first women in snowboarding to make a name for herself in the streets. This shot was from an era when this type of snowboarding had expanded beyond just sliding handrails and started to look use all kinds of terrain found in urban environments. Laura was right there with the men of the era discovering what was possible to snowboard on and making it look good in the process. Never one to settle, she was always all-in at spots, like the drop here, which has consequence in both under and overshooting. She paved the way for what women's snowboarding in the streets is today.
